Payment Methods

We accept payment via Visa, MasterCard, and Paypal. Please note only one form of payment method may be used on a single order.

You can also contact us to place your order over the phone with one of our Customer Care agents.

1. PayPal

We have two options for Paypal payments.

• – Invoice Payment. That means, that you receive the invoice in Paypal, and paid it with it. We cannot accept auto payments from a Business account in Paypal.
• – Quick Payments. That means, that you will automatically Pay for your order on Paypal Website.

2. Payment with plastic cards.

You may choose to pay with Visa, MasterCard or Maestro cards.

Payment Error Troubleshooting

If you are attempting to checkout and receive the following error message ‘transaction cannot be processed’ please contact your bank in order for them to authorize the transaction.

If the error message states ‘transaction cannot be processed, contact customer care’ please contact us, and we will be able to further assist you.

Charging Your Card

Once your order has been placed, the necessary funds are held under form of pre-authorization. This is not an actual charge. The pre-authorization ensures that sufficient funds will be available to carry out the transaction.

Once your order has been shipped, your card is charged according to the amount and currency of your order.

If your order is unfortunately canceled, TOSKVA will release the pre-authorization immediately. Please note that it may take your bank additional time to process the funds back to your account.

Personal Information

All information shared with TOSKVA when placing an order is confidential. We use secure systems in order to ensure that details pertaining to your accounts remain private.

PAY WITH CLOUDPAYMENTS

The CloudPayments processing center secures and processes your bank card data according to the PCI DSS 3.2 security standard. Information is sent to a payment gateway using an SSL encryption. Any further information transfer is done on private banking networks which feature the highest reliability. CloudPayments does not transfer your card data to us or other 3rd parties. For additional authentication of cardholders, 3D Secure is used when available: upon filling in the number and expiration date of the card, users are redirected to the issuing bank 3D Secure authentication page.

CloudPayments guarantees the security of online payment processing. All transactions with payment cards are done according to VISA International, MasterCard or other payment system requirements. All payment information is transferred using special security protocols for online card payments. All data processing is performed at a secure hi-tech server of the processing company.
