Delivery

All orders are shipped worldwide.
We ship the merchandise only after the payment is confirmed.
Once we book the pick up by the delivery service, you will receive an email with the tracking number and direct link to monitor the shipment status.
For standard delivery service, we use UPS, TNT, DHL
Delivery between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.

Should you like to cancel your order when the parcel has already been shipped (according to the tracking), we may only issue a refund after the shipment has arrived back to the store. In this case, the shipping fee is not a subject to refund.
Please, note that customs duties and taxes are not included.

We provide a warranty on our products. We guarantee that you will receive your order, and the items will be in good condition.
